Help your wrist
These are likely signs of the so-called tunnel syndrome. In the mild to moderate stages, home remedies can help:
- During sleep, fix the wrist with a bandage that prevents the hand from bending.
- Stretch the muscles of the palm several times a day.
How to do it: Bend the joints of the four fingers (put the thumb to the side). Use your knuckles to massage your palm from the bottom for 7 seconds (see figure). Then repeat the same with the other hand.
